About this property

Welcome to Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World

Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World is a modern resort hotel situated at 111 Resorts World Ave, towards the northern end of the Las Vegas Strip. The property offers a range of amenities including free Wi-Fi, paid breakfast options, free parking, and accessibility features. Its facilities also include an outdoor pool, a fitness center equipped with advanced cardio machines, a spa, hot tub, business center, multiple dining venues, a bar, and room service. The hotel welcomes families and pets, catering to various traveler needs from leisure to business.

The setting is practical for guests seeking a quieter atmosphere away from the busier central Strip, though it remains close to major attractions such as the High Roller observation wheel and world-famous casinos. Nearby landmarks include The Venetian Las Vegas and Bellagio Hotel & Casino, both renowned for their dining, entertainment, and spa offerings. Harry Reid International Airport is approximately a 17-minute drive from the hotel, making arrivals and departures relatively convenient.

Guest reviews highlight the welcoming and professional staff, with many praising the check-in experience and attentive service throughout the stay. The rooms are described as modern and comfortable, featuring smart TVs and useful amenities like in-room refrigerators. However, some feedback indicates occasional issues with room cleanliness and mattress support. Despite these mixed points, the overall experience tends to be positive, especially regarding the on-site casino and dining options.

Within the property, the Conrad Lobby Bar offers a well-reviewed place to relax, while the RW Store serves as a convenience shop. The hotel’s location across from popular restaurants and its connection to Resorts World’s wider entertainment complex make it suitable for visitors who appreciate a well-equipped base with somewhat less hustle than the center Strip. With its broad amenity offering and thoughtful service, it suits travelers looking for a balanced stay combining comfort, convenience, and access to the Las Vegas experience.

I'd probably give this a 4.5 if that was an option but as the staff were so good I've rounded up. The rooms are very modern, a good size and well equipped. I wouldn't call them luxury but they're comfortable and have useful things like a fridge for leftovers and a smart TV to connect to your phone. The staff in my experience were superb with the exception of one surly woman in Buns and Suns who ignored my request to eat my food in. In particular the chap who checked me in was great, I'd just arrived in Vegas and he made me feel very welcome. The location is very far north of the strip, I'm quite happy walking a bit to get somewhere and as a first timer here doing so was a good experience for me, others may feel differently. I loved that the casino floor has water dispensers to fill your bottle up with cold filtered water. The poker room is very good, probably the most comfortable chairs I played in during my time in Vegas and the staff there were all great. I probably slightly preferred playing in the Venetian but it was close. The tournaments are a good format too, not a hyper-turbo bingo set up. Everywhere I ate on site was great, loads of options at Resorts World. If the price were right I'd gladly stay here or at any of the Resorts World properties next time I am in Vegas. Finally the gym was the best equipped hotel gym I've seen.

Our stay at the Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World was fantastic from start to finish. This is our second time staying here in the past two years, and once again, everything exceeded our expectations. The entire property was spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool area was relaxing and well-kept, the gym was clean and well-equipped, and the rooms were incredibly roomy and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was polite and professional, but Shannon M. and Camille A. went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth and hospitality made a great stay even better. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Las Vegas.

The customer service at Conrads/Hilton was exceptional once again. We were accommodated with an early check-in, which was awesome after flying all day, room service and cleaning were spot on excellent, and we love the location of Resorts World. All of us are given countless choices for where we stay in Las Vegas, but we always choose Resorts World and we are never disappointed.

The room was not properly cleaned. We found hair from previous guests in the shower and around the sink faucet. The faucet handle kept coming loose while we were using it, which was frustrating. We requested additional cleaning, but it seemed like they only rearranged items rather than thoroughly cleaning the room. Overall, the hygiene standards were disappointing. On the positive side, the location and casino were great, less crowded with a nice vibe. The bed mattresses were comfortable. The pool closed at 4 PM, even for resort guests. Since we checked in later in the day, our kids were very disappointed that they couldn’t swim. In the morning, half of the pool area was blocked off for maintenance. Another downside was the beverage credit policy; it cannot be used at the Resorts World store, which is inconvenient for families who do not consume alcohol.

Lovely property. Stay started off with an amazing checkin experience with Nicole welcoming us. First time staying at the Conrad and my wife and I loved it! Lots of food options, table game and slots! We will be back one day to check out Crockfords.

I’ve stayed at the Conrad four times and overall I really like the property, as it has a great atmosphere, nice rooms, best fitness center at a hotel I’ve seen, and solid restaurants. But there’s one thing I haven’t seen many people mention, and it needs to be said: the mattresses here are shockingly unsupportive. Every stay so far, I’ve sat on the bed and immediately sunk deep into it. They use a Serta Perfect Sleeper model, made specifically for the property, that seems to be customized with cheaper foam and a low coil count. It feels like it breaks down quickly, almost like you’re lying in a hammock instead of on a mattress. After 180+ hotel nights this year across different brands and price ranges, this is unfortunately the worst quality mattress I’ve encountered. Even more budget Hilton brands like Hampton Inn, Doubletree and Homewood all have much better support and mattress quality. The staff has always been helpful and swapped mattresses, with newer stock when available, which I appreciate, but on my most recent stay, in a suite no less, they didn’t have a better one to replace it with. I ended up checking out because I knew I wouldn’t sleep, and I really didn’t want to sleep on the floor of course. I was informed by the manager that Conrad, Hilton, and Crockfords in Resorts World all use this same mattress, so keep that in mind when booking. If you need proper support to sleep comfortably, I’d think twice until they upgrade to higher-quality beds. It’s a beautiful property, but it just deserves a mattress to match. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to stay here again unless the mattresses are upgraded, as I can’t rely on having a supportive bed during my stay.

This was our first time staying at The Conrad, and it was such an amazing experience, we definitely will be coming back. It’s beautiful, clean, and the service is exceptional. Our first encounter when checking in with Edward was memorable. He was so kind and friendly. Every employee that we talked to was very nice and helpful. Our room was so nice we didn’t want to leave.

A couple friends and I stayed here for a girls' trip to see the Backstreet Boys at the Sphere over Super Bowl weekend. We booked third-party through AMEX using the Hotel Collection program. Overall, our experience was wonderful. They were able to check in the friend that arrived a couple hours ahead of me (I had to call AMEX to contact the hotel on my behalf because it was a third-party reservation if anyone is in a similar situation). Our room was large and clean. We had a few minor complaints about our bathroom: the shower water temperature would fluctuate between the fires of hell (what we were each going for) and warm without any adjustment from us; the toilet is in its own closet, but the water closet door is a frosted shower door that will slam shut in the last few inches of its swing if you don't hold onto the handle; and it's all a bit echoey, which can create some awkward bathroom moments depending on how close/comfortable you are with whoever is sharing your room. None of those issues were collectively enough to take a star off our rating though. The best part were the front desk staff, particularly Amanda and Layla. I was able to use both the AMEX and Hilton Gold at Conrad benefits for this stay, so we received $50 per day + $100 flat F&B credit, which Amanda very thoroughly explained for me (which outlets they could be used at, which bill portions the credits applied to, etc.). Layla was able to arrange late check-out for me the night before I left since I decided to take the red-eye home and further extended it for me by half an hour when I came back to get my bags and couldn't get back into my room. Though the property is somewhat isolated near the north end of the Strip, the location nonetheless worked pretty well for us since it's a Zoox pick-up/drop-off point, and it's across the street from one of my favorite Vegas restaurants, Peppermill Restaurant and Fireside Lounge. One friend used the gym one morning and said it was nice, specifically the cardio machines with their individual screens that let you set running scenery, but I didn't personally check it out. We didn't make use of the other amenities (pool, spa, etc.) because we were running around so much during our short stay. The bit of North Strip between Resorts World and the Wynn can feel a little sketchy, but we felt completely safe day and night while walking around.
